We are currently looking for someone to join our Cardiff team as Engineering Admin Support.
Must have good IT skills and be conversant with Microsoft Office.
It would be desirable if the applicant had experience using CAD.
A level or equivalent qualifications preferred and/or experience of working in a similar administrative role.
Good communication and telephone skills.
A full driving license is essential as the successful candidate may occasionally be required to visit team members working on site.
Answering telephone calls and responding to e- mail enquiries.
Liaise with team members to direct them to jobs, ascertain status of work and update computerised business management system to reflect changes.
Assist electrical and mechanical engineers in their tasks which includes preparation of quotations, ordering materials and allocating labour.
Working in compliance with the Quality Management Systems and associated procedures.
Collating information for jobs and assisting in the production of all relevant documentation including certification, method statements and risk assessments.
